Terms and Conditions:

1. Scope of Services

Fireside Tech Services agrees to provide hardware installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and solutioning services as requested by the Client. Any additional services outside the agreed scope will require a separate agreement or amendment.

2. Service Fees and Payment Terms

Rate: $75hr. Within 30min radius of Mcintire Park Charlottesville VA Rate: $100hr. Outside 30min radius of Mcintire Park Charlottesville VA Holiday/Last minute request/weekend rate: $125hr Payment Due: Same day as service completion Late Payment:5% late fee starting the day after completed service Deposit: 50% for larger long term projects due upon start date of project, remaining 50% due upon completion of said project All appointments are one hour minimum charge.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide access to premises, hardware, and necessary documentation. Ensure a safe working environment. Back up all data prior to service commencement.

4. Confidentiality

Fireside Tech Services agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client data and proprietary information. No data will be shared with third parties without written consent.

5. Liability and Warranty

Fireside Tech Services is not liable for any data loss, hardware failure, or consequential damages unless caused by gross negligence.

6. Intellectual Property

Any custom solutions or documentation created remain the property of the Client unless otherwise agreed.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with [e.g., 7 days] written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

8.Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages).

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia in the United States.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

Privacy Policy:

At Fireside Tech Services, we value your privacy. We only collect your name, email address, and phone number when you explicitly submit them via our contact forms or during service requests. No mobile information or phone number data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
